Dedicated to teaching kids confidence and community building through roller skating, the program provides a safe space for youth in areas of extreme poverty and conflict. In 2020, the program expanded to Nicaragua alongside the launch of our Skate, Surf, Yoga Retreat, offering local children the same opportunities to build confidence and community on wheels.

Salam UK is a grassroots organization run completely by board members and volunteers. Without our dedicated donors, we cannot continue our work. A one-time or monthly contribution helps make our programs 100% sustainable and led by the communities we impact. Donations are made through PayPal Giving.

Get in touchFree Border Skate is funded 50% by bookings of our retreats and 50% by direct donations to our governing organization. Every retreat participant helps sustain the programs in Nicaragua and Lebanon — and those who can't join can still make an impact. Contributions are tax-deductible for U.K. residents.
